ATSB at Estimates -

The ATSB performance at Estimates was curious...

First we had Hoody declaring his love for his employees while curiously trying to gauge where he stood - i.e. PC correctness - in the Estimation of the good Senators...

Next we had the Manning update to the PelAir re-investigation which surprisingly gave me some assurance that the final report may actually represent the true findings that should have been represented in the original report:

Interestingly Manning also gave some valuable context to the Senators questioning of the ATSB on the drone/RPAS safety debate:

Finally after the Hood PR blurb we actually get the new general manager for aviation investigations giving a factual update to the Essendon DFO accident investigation.. :
