Well under the mantle of a safety management system and 'closing the loop', when an issue is identified (risk of midair between Essendon and Tulla aircraft) a fix must be put in place (refer to Hoody's waffle and so-called mitigation), and then the 'fix' re-visited to make sure it is actually working, has fixed the problem and it hasn't created a worse problem by chance. Has ASA done that? Did they re-visit the fix they 'supposedly' put in place? Cos something ain't right here as we almost had a major disaster in the same area, again!!! I'm just sayin........
