Since Xmas, I have been reviewing all the reviews that CAA/CASA has undergone since the implementation of  “agencies” to regulate civil aviation.

The similarity of recommendations simply explains that reviews and political parties simply explains why they are never fully implemented.

At the same time, I have also witnessed the expertise available in the medical system and their day-to-day use of technology.

Keeping pace with world advanced standards happens in the medical specialist system.

Technology is also supposed to reduce red tape/green tape but as technology improves, governments seem to increase red tape.

For example, the Red Tape Reduction Act has not achieved the results politicians and employers expected do not eventuated.

The FAA regulatory reform happens because ghe majority of changes are supported by Bills of Parliament. Positive direction and timeframes.

The major issues confronting employers can all be fixed by the Lawmakers.
