This is very disappointing, and giving costs just compounds the lack of respect that we can have for this judgment. If the Court has not had a chance to consider the evidence that Senator Patrick has asked for, then how can Ángel Flight feel about this judgement? This smacks of “its a government decision and should not be questioned.” An all too familiar scenario that reeks of government employees closing ranks.
