Wednesday 0945 – Postal strike – Snail mail out of service.
Thursday 0630 – Stress relief day in lieu. No action taken today.

Letter slipped under door at 1710, start the service clock and enjoy the benefits of Commonwealth Evidence Act – part 160, which says, you actually received it (Friday) and the clock started ticking then.
