To those who have attempted to register, our apologies.
There have been some pretty ferocious attacks made on the site over the last few months; this created a large headache for those who run 'the back end'. The requests were being diverted. As said, serious problems created, now, mostly all resolved.
If you are registering, please be patient - a response may take some 'time' - the good news is the registrations are now open again; but the 'protection' machinery takes its own time.
