There have never been months like March and April 2020 in the history of aviation.
Previous world crises such as the world wars stimulated rather than strangulated aviation and the industry grew and evolved as technology rapidly progressed.

CASA has a great opportunity to realise this is not business as usual and look to efficiencies, red tape removal and simpler regs. Instead they are now charging for ongoing access to Covid relief.
